Trainers
Trainer is one of the highest level of certifications
that an nlp practitioner can achieve. In order to be accepted to the trainer forming courses,
one has to have been recognized as an
nlp practitioner.
Also, according to the International Association for Neuro-Linguistic Programming,
trainers must have obtained fellow member trainer status according to IANLP Standards
for at least 3 years, must have conducted at least 3 NLP-Practitioner- and 2 NLP-Mastertrainings,
and must have assisted in an NLP-Trainer training.
An NLP trainer should be able to master all the skills that are specific to the
nlp practitioner
and nlp master levels,
have a knowledge of psychological and neurobiological concepts, psychotherapeutic methods and
common communication models, as well as their integration into nlp, etc.
