Monique Stock is a graduate of the University of Cape Town (psychology). She is a Master Trainer, certified to international standards through Development Dimensions International and FSA Contact, with over 20 years' experience in the facilitation and design of human resource development interventions at all organisational levels.

She has extensive experience in developing performance/competency models using the performance consulting methodology of Dana and James Robinson (U.S.A.)

She is an internationally certified and accredited Neuro Linguistic Practitioner (INLPTA), a Master Practitioner in Neuro Linguistic Programming and Developmental Behavioural Modelling (UK). NLP is currently one of the fastest growing developments in applied psychology and Monique has successfully used its highly practical and powerful techniques to effect change -working with both individuals and organisations.

She is also a trained and practising Life Line Counsellor.
