Successful completion of this course, along with two other Master-classes, will enable you to become accredited and certified as a master practitioner.

Your course facilitator Michael Beale, will bring you the best of UK and US Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) training. Michael is a Richard Bandler certified trainer of NLP, and a John Grinder accredited NLP coach.

Leadership NLP Master-class Course Objectives
The objective of this course is to enable you to develop the leadership skills necessary to be successful in all three levels of leadership: personal, team, and organisation. You will demonstrate the skills and confidence to lead your organisation to the success you envision for it.

During the course you will:

* Develop a set of personal goals and a plan to guide your efforts to accomplish these goals
* Create a vision statement for your organisation, and develop a strategy to realise this vision
* Devise a plan to effectively manage all of your stakeholders – peers, bosses, suppliers, influencers, and virtual team members
* Develop a plan to develop the skills and abilities of your staff
* Identify the tactics you will use to motivate people on your team and staff
* Develop a process whereby you can manage more tasks without adding incremental stress
* Craft a code of ethics for you, your team and the organisation

* Putting in place a process to get everyone working together to realise your vision
* Integrated goal setting for yourself, teams and the organisation
* Managing yourself to accomplish goals within your organisation
* Managing stakeholders such as teams, staff, bosses, suppliers, influencers, and virtual teams – to accomplish specific objectives
* Increasing the teams’ contribution to the organisation by challenging and motivating them, developing their potential, and devising appropriate award systems
* Recognising the benefits of ethics in business, and creating a honest culture within your organisation
* Managing more tasks with fewer resources
* Leading in an uncertain economy
